Will Ferry founded Will Ferry Soccer School (WFSS) to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive on a level playing field. Having personally benefited from community football on his journey to becoming a professional, he is committed to giving back by fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equal football experience for all.

As part of this mission, WFSS will support a trainer in India through the Will Ferry Soccer School Scholarship for Sports Trainer, thus promoting accessibility and inclusiveness in sports.
