Will Ferry founded Will Ferry Soccer Schools (WFSS) to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive on a level playing field. Having personally benefited from community football on his journey to becoming a professional, he is committed to giving back by fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equal football experience for all.

As part of this mission, WFSS will support a trainer in India through the Will Ferry Soccer Schools Scholarship for Sports Trainer, thus promoting accessibility and inclusiveness in sports.

MoU Signing :
Strengthening our shared commitment to inclusive and accessible sports training
On 16 July 2025, an MoU was signed with a community-based football academy in Kolkata, under The CHINI Trusts - Will Ferry Soccer Schools Scholarship for Sports Trainer. This initiative aims to enhance quality training opportunities through inclusive and sustainable approaches.
The agreement was formalised in the presence of Dr. Nayan Mitra, Trustee at The CHINI Trust, members of the Trust and the academy. Paul Ferry, Director at Will Ferry Soccer Schools, who joined virtually from the UK to mark the moment.
We look forward to collectively building meaningful pathways in sports that value inclusion, dedication, and community-driven change.
